I just started using Propstream and using a VA (virtual Assistant). I was pretty satisfied with the data and ability to skip trace for phone numbers so that my VA can make cold calls. I am looking for a CRM to upload the Propstream data & leads into without needing to reconfigure the data/excel sheets. Doe anyone know of any?

Post: HELP! HIRED A VA, NEED CRM RECOMMENDATION

Hired a VA for the 1st time in my life! I needed a VA to organize my data, make calls and make it easier for me to follow up with her cold calls. It is a NIGHTMARE! I am getting tons of return calls from voicemail drops, missed calls and I do not have the leads in 1 Place so that when i call back I will know who and which property the phone number corresponds with!

I have explained to the VA and she keeps showing me the "Tasks" that she has created in Podio. So, those are the leads that she actually spoke with not the voicemails and missed calls. I have used KW and Coldwell Banker CRMs in the past, now that i am independent + Wholesaling Is there a CRM in Podio? or Propstream or Mojo? Any recommendation are appreciated.

Thanks Jonathan, so I used to live in Lodi NJ and my area code was 973... So is this Prop Mgmt company not local to Chicago or do they have boots on the ground in Chicago?

I am new to Tax Liens in 2021. Prefer North Carolina. Listened to several BP Tax Lien expert YouTube videos. With the costs being so low compared to the Market Value of the Properties, will I face fierce competition? What is the best times of the year to pursue Tax Liens? Are there any Tip & Hints to successfully winning the Bid?
