Link building is an important part of SEO in order to rank your website but to be honest with you if you go after quantity you will lose the game. Google itself says that they care about quality not quantity so the very first thing you should have in your mind about link building is to look after quality.  I'm going to mention few tips from my personal experience i did for my Real estate clients it will help you out definitely. But remember be honest with what you do if you try to cheat the game you can get caught by google and get penalize easily they have the world best minds!

Here are some of my

  • Create some sort of awesome content that will be really easy to brag about and promote. Try and ensure this content has appeal to a large audience (i.e. more than just people in your industry). This content can be a tool, data, a whitepaper, an interesting article or graphic, a good video, etc
  • Outreach. Email and/or call relevant bloggers, business associates, industry journalists, etc. and talk to them about your awesome content. If it really is awesome, they should be inclined to mention it on their site, link to it, etc. This is how the very best links are usually obtained.
  • Social Media Advertising and Promotion. "Seed" your awesome content on Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, etc.
  • Search advertising. PPC ads can be surprisingly effective at promoting the right kinds of content (tools, whitepapers, data sets, widgets, etc.).
  • Guest blogging is really popular with SEO spammers right now, and I genuinely fear that they're going to ruin guest blogging for the rest of us . Having said that, it's still relatively easy and very effective...but it's REALLY effective when you're able to brag about your awesome content when you make your initial pitch.
  • Smart, intelligent blog commenting on high quality blogs is a surprisingly effective link building and traffic generation tactic. I'm consistently amazed at how well this works, even though almost all of these links are nofollow.
  • Old fashioned tactics like article submission, bookmarking, directory submission (great for infographics, at least for now), forum links, etc., have limited value, but there are situations where these types of links can be beneficial. Your experienced SEO consultant can point you in the right direction.
  • Sadly, low quality blog comment blasts and other spam has limited effectiveness as well. However, I don't recommend pointing these links to your own site.
  • If possible for you try to create roundups on your main website and ask fellow bloggers in your niche to give their advice or something that can be very beneficial to attract your fellow bloggers in same niche audience.

Hope my tips help you out with your backlinks

Thank You

Google Adwords for real estate agents always worked pretty well no doubt. What you do when you need something ? Turn on your laptop, open your browser and search in google right ? And where do you click first ? Obviously all of us go to the links that are on first page. That’s why i always say customers are always looking for you but if you are visible for them. Imagine you are a Real estate person in New york and there are hundreds of people probably looking for a real estate agent on daily basis in Google and if they can’t find you who’s is responsible for this ? Customers or You ? So make sure you keep yourself on the first page in order to generate massive leads. That’s what Google adwords ads do for you.

Invite your target audience to subscribe to your email list is one of the easiest ways to generate new leads. Give away something of value in exchange for their email addresses so you can easily follow with them this is a great way to build relationship so they can get to know you better.

Facebook ads are the best way to target a specific group of people doesn't matter a city, state, or country. BUT if you know facebook ads well enough. Facebook ads could make you rich or you can lose money. Here are is my advice if yo wanna try out

  • Have a Professional website direct to the point REMEMBER first impression is the last impression
  • Try to create engaging content and share on your facebook page
  • Use a Professional profile picture and nice cover image
  • Run PPE ad and target your the group of people you wanna target, interest, as well as location
  • Let it run for few days make sure you add your facebook pixels in your website before you run ads that will allow you to track what happening and also add Google analytic to your website
  • Get a designer to design nice ad image for you LESS TEXT MORE CREATIVE.
  • Run it for few days and keep tracking the process and after few days start a retargeting ad as well with it so people who visited your website showed some interest and than left retarget them.

Above tips were simple and to the point. If you can spend more time, more money and get massive results then you should follow these.

  • Create a website must be PROFESSIONAL have a blog and get someone to write for you add at least 2 posts a month
  • Brand yourself or your company and give some value it could be FREE EBOOK, VIDEO ADVICE, TIPS, or anything
  • Reach to people as much as possible (STOP THINKING ABOUT LEADS FOR A WHILE) connect with more people show your interest share valuable stuff.
  • Try to use Facebook, twitter, instagram, as well as linkedin gain good number of followers and audience share interesting things
  • Build an email list within your niche that could help you to connect with more business people and investors who trust you. REMEMBER if they give you email and subscribed to your newsletter that mean they now can trust you.
  • AFTER Above process start selling to them. Or before you even start they will ask you for it. Because they know you they trust you and they know you are valuable to them. it will allow you to have large number of connections, audience, people who believe in you.

Don't use Privy It's my personal experience with them i've been using it for around 3 4 ecommerce stores for clients and i'm very active in some ecommerce groups around 3 months ago i heard a lot of horror stories about them so i went to my store and deleted asap. I used Shopify platform for store and i was using their app on Shopify. What i heard that they steal all of your emails and sell to other three companies i don't remember the name but in the group there were more than 50 people talking about same thing. It's weird

Congratulation man great job! :)

It's all about they are trying to make the experience better for users who use facebook. You can only get good engagement likes, comments or leads if you constantly add value and engage with people.

So hard for those people who want to get rich over night. Easy for those who like to add value and engage around.
