Congrats @Gabriel Garcia on your move towards fiscal independence and thank you for your service.  I too want the same flexibility in life, i enjoy the work I'm doing, but of I ever want to take LWOP and travel with my family I'd like to have the means to do so and not worry!

Hello BP,

My wife and I are starting our first business in addition to our day jobs by renting our starter home out and moving into Maryland closer to DC. Eventually we'd like to expand to other buy and hold properties. We're beginning the process of renting out our VA home so any advice on how to build up from here feel free to share!
