@James Wise  unfortunate but yes, 100% true. It is of course courteous of you to give them lenience, especially in a situation like that, but at the end of the day bills are due And you have to pay them too. Especially in the real estate rental sector, I like to say "Be polite through hospitality, but be harsh on Business"

@Kolby Knickerbocker the WC overall is really hectic for the hot Local markets. Unfortunately, it's not just an OR thing😭.

As someone who used to provide housecleaning services on their own time, in addition to being an acquisition specialist, I'd say if she has written terms for that or a website or service page stating that to agree to pay her. Usually, I had a 48 hour advance policy, meaning you must cancel 48 hours prior due to it being a huge inconvenience for getting other work as she stated. On the other hand, I also did have that in writing and made that aware to all of my clients, As well as the service providing softwares Stating the same policy. It kind of goes hand-in-hand, I'd Offered to pay 25% maybe pay the 50% , And discuss future terms with her so the problem or encounter doesn't come again.if She is a prestige house cleaner number one priority is to keep your connection with her A1.

@Cari Sweet 100% agree! As you stated jurisdictions and different city regulations all handle it differently. I Should've re-worded that A little differently.

You can always do a two unit duplex for rentals that have two floors. 1 floor per unit. Depending how much of the neighborhood is a hot zone for renting rather buying, and which Property type is performing better than the other (meaning 1bd 1ba 2 floor renting out faster and much more consistently than a 2bd 1ba 1 floor), you can make your choice of those factors as well as other ones that impact your decision for what you wanna do with your investment.

@Nathan Gesner consent from both parties is sometimes not enough. Definitely check in with your state laws to clarify. All state regulations work differently.
