This certainly could be interesting if you manage it and maintain it correctly.  It will be very important to understand who your customer really is and why they are there.  There is lots of meth in that area and not a lot of economy.  Since you do not have much competition, you could do fine.  However, some super scary stuff could go down.

My team and I are working on a flip near the Bishop Arts area.  The back of the house has a old additional that will need to be replaced as well as potentially bumping out the original back wall.  Can anyone recommend a creative, yet reasonably priced architect that can help with some ideas and drawings so we can start the permit process.

I am looking to insurance multiple rental properties all within a single LLC. I was recommended to explore a commercial policy that cover all the properties vs. single policies for the individual properties. Can anyone recommend a company? Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
