This certainly could be interesting if you manage it and maintain it correctly.  It will be very important to understand who your customer really is and why they are there.  There is lots of meth in that area and not a lot of economy.  Since you do not have much competition, you could do fine.  However, some super scary stuff could go down.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a inspection vendor in the Chicago area?  I am looking for someone to validate work completion and quality before reimbursing on a flip.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a tax planner in the Denver area?  Tax prep services are optional

My team and I are working on a flip near the Bishop Arts area.  The back of the house has a old additional that will need to be replaced as well as potentially bumping out the original back wall.  Can anyone recommend a creative, yet reasonably priced architect that can help with some ideas and drawings so we can start the permit process.
