Jeff Greenberg when you say partner, does that refer to syndication? Or some other arrangement?

Having invested in some SFRs and residential multiplexes, I want to move in to small apartment building investments ( in the range of 10, 20 units or so). So far my investments all have been in Columbus,OH and Cleveland,OH area so prefer to stick with that Geography. 

I would love to connect and discuss with any individuals or businesses operating in that area and dealing with apartment buildings.

Thank you Ryan A. They have good cash flow so I'm ok with not expecting appreciation. But I hope in 5-10yrs there will be at least some small appreciation

Mark Lee I was told by my lending bank that for investment duplexes, the minimum down payment is 25% and for that I'm getting 5.125% rate. My credit score is excellent. I'm really surprised with your rate and down payment numbers. I would like to do the same if possible. Can you tell me which bank you are getting the loan from? Also which area?

Where can I check for the current event schedule? I would like to join the meeting as well

@Ryan Arth  How is Garfield heights in specific? I am an out of state investor and about to buy some buy and hold properties in Garfield heights.
