I am looking to do the same thing and looking for some connections in that market. I have done this in other markets; just not in AL. Appreciate being able to connect with someone who knows the market there

For those in SFR investing, are there any markets that still provide at least 8-cap plus opportunities in B-areas? Columbus used to be good but I cant find such deals anymore (actually for couple of years now). I wonder which parts of the country still has such opportunities in 2019.
