Starting off new into REI and is looking for a business checking account. I came across CapitalOne Spark business checking account. Has anyone had any experience wether this is a thumbs up account or any other recommended suggestions?

I'm in need of starting a LLC residing in the Chicago area what are the recommended places or site to make this happen?

I'm looking into a seller finance home with $5k down. The property taxes are about $4k a year. How should I determine if the property taxes are just too high on this property where it will hurt monthly cash flow?
