Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin... you two are the freakin men. Let me tell you something.... because of the podcast, Thursdays are just as good as Fridays. Every week I can't wait to listen. Instead of AA I'm going to need PA. Podcasts Anonymous. Anyways, here are 2 things I've been wanting some light shined on. 1031s. Requirements and restrictions. Tax benefits ect. And also, 203k loans. Regular and streamlined. How contractors are paid from the draws, is it a difficult process in dealing with the bank. Perks and drawbacks. Thank you gentleman!

While I use the Internet on my phone everyday every single day to access the sight, I know a nice app would up the foot traffic though here by me and a lot of others members. 

Does anyone know if and when we will have a Bigger Pockets android app? 

Network at local REIAs. Find the real estate channel that works best for you and pursue relationships with potential partners. Ask questions. Research everything on bigger pockets. Research how to analyze a deal. Ask questions. Research creative financing. (you will probably need it) DO NOT BUY A BAD DEAL!!  Ask questions. Be analytical and emotionless when it comes to deals. Math and numbers are king. Work hard and enjoy.
