- this area around Kaiser & the big Best Buys mall decent? Fit the B range?
- Mapping this area, it's saturated with mobile homes and 500+ apt units. Are many of Fresno areas so densely populated ? Several areas appear to be like this like blocks and blocks of apartments.
- anything suspect about this property? Guesses on repairs/rehab , I'll take any wild guess. Another poster said Fresno has lots of deferred maintenance that owners & residents don't care about.
- Property Managers: What is your rent estimate and take on these units? What would you like done before taking on this account?
