Good morning. I’m Ron Legrand trained back from almost 15-20 years ago and still his Real Estate Summits to network and hang out. I haven’t done much real estate investing over the past few years but when I was deep into it full time I bought using his pretty house system, (as well as options, etc which he teaches) and installed lease option tenants in the properties. If you plan to take action on the information you purchase I would highly recommend him. FYI – his real estate summit is coming up in March I believe. Look it up online and try to attend if you’ve never experienced his work. It costs $399 I believe, lasts 5 or 6 days, has other gurus selling and teaching, but provides a TON of value even if you don’t buy anything at all.

Great comments from everyone!  As with everything, if you are interested in it do your due diligence. Find out what the city is offering (from the city offering it), find out what the moving costs would be (from a company licensed to move homes), etc, etc, etc.  Note that in parentheses I am stressing to ask the decision makers. Too often I see people asking everyone except the individuals or company who can give you a real answer. 

I too am interested in these homes and I keep my eyes open just in case! Good luck and please post an update so we know what you've found and what you decided to do!

My goal is to own and operate a mobile home park!  I've done a bunch of Lonnie deals, all in the same park but it is so much better to rent your own dirt rather than rent someone else's.  And you are absolutely correct... the cash flow is phenomenal!

Although I'm pretty well versed and experienced in most buying/selling strategies (save for rehabs), my favorite niche is taking over property from sellers who need to sell.
