I just joined 2 days ago and already the course has returned value well above the cost of the program. The resources and people you have access to is amazing. There are weekly zooms on any topic you wish learn. I highly recommend the subto mentorship program.

I am currently 1/5th owner of 9.8 acres of commercial wooded land.There are business that have been built all around the lot. However there is a railroad that separates the lot. There is 2.28 acres facing the road and 7.5 acres that does not have road access due to the railroad. I would like to invest and buy the other owners portion to become the sole owner. I am completely new to any type of commercial land investing, but would like some advice on what someone with experience in this field would do.
