Thanks for the advice Mike and Curt. The homes I look at are in good erea s did I mention they are REO s so they are going be at discount. But the real ? is whats next? If I find a deal that good who can help?

Although some at most may take up to 25k in rehab. This on need about 15k at the most.

Im buying my first reo property in a neighborhood were home values are in the $150,000. Get this, I got it for $20,000 I want to sell to an investors for $35,000 3/bed 2/bath brick. What s next ? And is this a good deal or what? I can find these all day long.

Hi Ralph, I know you can t assign REOs I needed a way to show from A to B part of the deal. Costal funding helped a lot.
