Dustin,

When you get short sale leads on your own, use the targeted realtor to list the property. That will introduce your self and educate them of your process. Most of the time when they see how easy it is for them they will bring you leads.

Wow I would like to thank everyone for their view. I wish that we all call talk about this issue without shouting over each other.(thanks "bigger pockets") Some would like to reach out and help, and some are not concerned about any one but themselves. Either way you can at least hear their veiw. I am going to stick to what I learned in church, to help no questions asked. I think health care reform is a good idea. The time is now!!!

Wow, how un-american, un-patriotic of you to say that!

I dont understand. Some people want to deny children health care for what ever reason. I say stop killing and start careing. Is it un-patriotic to want to reach out and help those who cant help themselves.

Health care is NOT a right!!!!! Got it?!!? :pissed:

It should be!!! What about people with disabilties? There again you didnt work for it go home?

I don't want to pay for the illegal immigrant who comes into this country and has 14 babies born here and claims it's her "right" to get health care for her babies because they are American citizens, yet she can't pay anything because she's on drugs and can't hold down a job. I won't pay for the scumbag (to use MikeOH's term) whose grandparents were on welfare, their parents were on welfare and now they are on welfare, but it's their "right" to get health care because they are a citizen of this country. I say NO!!!! Their "fair share" is not in my wallet!

Now that's funny! This crowd is a bunch of wackos and this is EXACTLY how the Nazis started - killing the deformed and mentally ill!

Personally, I think we're on the path to a dictatorship and a war!

Mike

What I read is what someone else said about Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. I did not see that in the bill either about killing old people. He is an advisor not a policy maker, and I am sure he did not advise president Obama to pass a bill that would deny unproductive people. Anyone can take word out of content or bring up something someone did not say 25 years ago , use catch phases, or shock words. Bottom line health care should be for every american. Also we should be able to disagree with out shooting each other and putting word in each others mouth.

I did not see that in the bill. Do you have fact to back your claim or is your TV stuck on fox news?
