Hi all, looks like this post is almost a year old and I know the real estate market in Colorado is exploding. I'm going to piggy bag from Daniel's post regarding to house hacking and investment opportunity in Denver suburbs, surrounding cities, or the Spring. Duplex would be nice or SFH for Short term or long term rental would be great as well. Recommendation on agent, area, and so on would be greatly appreciated :)

Amazing story! How do handle managing property all by yourself? Do you have out of state properties? I have a property manager for just one property but they keep sending out people to do repair and maintenance on the same HVAC issue for the last 3 months eating up all my rent.

Hey guys, I'm going to piggyback on this post. I'm also looking to house hack in Denver or even in the spring if the number makes sense. Currently, we are in a seller's market here and I haven't seen any good property that is giving good cash flow. Still debating if I should just rent in Denver and look to invest out of state still. Thoughts?
