Greeting everyone,

I'm a new investor from the Milwaukee area. Been gaining a lot of knowledge over the past several months and recently decided to put it to work. My problem is that I'm a military member and I'm currently stationed overseas. I've found a good lead in my home area and a possible buyer, but have no idea how I'll go about trying to close that deal. Any kind of advice or help would be appreciated. Thank You.
