In the Netherlands, flipping projects typically generate net profits of 10-15% after renovations. For instance, a property purchased for €300,000, with a renovation budget of €50,000, could sell for €400,000, yielding a net profit of approximately €50,000 after costs.

In Spain, flipping projects often yield even higher returns of 15-20%, thanks to the growing demand for renovated properties. For example, a property purchased for €200,000, with €40,000 in renovations, could sell for €300,000, resulting in a net profit of around €60,000.

Additionally, rental opportunities are strong in both markets. In the Netherlands, rental yields can reach 5-7% annually, while in Spain, especially in tourist areas, annual yields often range between 8-10%.
