Does anyone have experience at Buying properties at a Sheriff sale?  If so, if you win the auction with the highest bid, can you then pay the owner directly and have them redeem the property to you with a Quit Claim form?

I'm considering renting  a 4 bedroom , one office, 2 bath house to a group home situation. It has three floors so I don't think a handicap rental would fit. I need to learn more about the rules and regulations and if its a good fit. Does anyone have any information on Group home rentals?

Is this a section Eight property? if so he cant be in there, if not I would talk to hime personally and make a judgement call.
