@Daren Jones I have an agent there and that's actually who came across this deal for me. She has been great in helping out.  I have a brother not far from there that will be helping out as well thankfully. Just feeling fearful of mistakes I'm sure since its the first one.  Thank you for the thoughts :)

Currently living in Temecula however have been looking at moving to Coeur d'Alene, ID or surrounding areas.  Currently under contract for my first flip in CDA. Feels a little beyond me since I am not living there yet. Any advice on doing a flip from so far away would be appreciated.  I will be able to travel there a couple of times a month still not sure if that's enough?!
