Hello @Maxnbee Nyabende! I'm local here in Memphis. Memphis is a great market to invest in. I believe the better value currently is finding a home that needs cosmetic repairs and allowing the PM to handle those and get the place rented out as someone else stated. There are still deals via the MLS and we sometimes get off market deals to share with investors. Happy to chat!

Hey @Kathy Anderson! I'm a local agent here in Memphis. I have assisted quite a few investors with the BRRR method. I will say these deals aren't as plentiful as they were a few years ago. We still have been able to find a few. Memphis is a good rental city to start in even if it isn't a BRRR. Happy to chat!
