Terry and Greg,
Guys thank you very much for the advice. I had a feeling what you guys said was the right thing to do and you validated it. I drove thru a park today and saw a for sale sign but it was already sold. Should I have asked the park manager anything else?

I've read Lonnie's book DOW. I just stumbled across a guy by the name of Doug Ottersburg who has a home study course that appears to be really good. Should I ditch Lonnie's book for this course?

Leslie12,
Thank you for the words of encouragement. I found my first for sale by owner today and called him. However, he won't sell until this summer and I asked him if he knew anyone else who wanted to sell and he said he did in the park. I haven't been out there to check it out but I will.

Greg,
Great points man. I only want motivated sellers. Just by calling them puts me in a position of getting sellers that dont give with my goals.
