Hey guys,

Looking at a multi fam unit and wanted to know if rent increases are possible if over half the rent payments are subsidized by the government? Where could I go to find out if rent increases are doable or not in this case?

Ted

Mike thank you for the response. I wanted to ask because I remember Robert K stating in one of his courses learning to raise capital was a key skill to learn if you have money or not and you don't need big money to start but the knowledge. That is great advice in finding another syndicator and do all that I can to provide value while learning. It also provides hope for someone who would like to have a little more control over their time.

Michael,

Thank you for taking the time to point this out and Josh I'll def have to check this book out.

Brian,

Thank you for the response as it's greatly apprecated.

All the Best,

Ted

Hey Guys,

My name is Ted and I have a goal of being financially free with multi family properties/syndication. However, currently my income isn't enough to cover my expenses now. Do I still pursue this goal while my finances are challenged? Any help will e greatly appreciated.

All the Best,

Ted

Greg and Realtyman,
How much is customary for the mh industry regarding a finders fee? Would you guys put fliers in the mailboxes at the park for the residents? Also, I could leave a business card with a park manager telling them about the finders fee only after they are receptive to me holding the note and paying lot rent in the event of vacancies.
