In one of the BP podcast, someone mentioned a website for travel nurses, I do not remember the site but perhaps you can find some of these apps or websites for traveling specialists.

 One of the options may be to start making payments from a property management company/account, most probably lender will see this as property is rented out and paid by PM company (probably is good to have statements), after a few payments I think a Quit Claim Deed should work. Don't quote me on this, but I know someone who have done this way.

Hey jeff,

I'm currently in escrow with an investment property.

I asked lender for more options as down payment 15%, 20% and 25%. As well as I asked at least three different interest rates: 3.675%, 3.85%, 3.99% (that's approximately what they gave to me, don't remember firm numbers).

As lower down payment and interest rates are , more expensive will loan fees and discount fees.

The point is just ask them or other banks for more options.

I choosed 25% down with lower interest rate, because this property fits my long term hold criterias. If I would consider to sell or refinance in 5, 7 or 10 years I would make a spreadsheet and see what's the best use of my money (will take in consideration inflation too).

That's absolutely true I will have to decide the market I should get in. Probably I just need to do more research and build my team.

Hi everyone! I hope this message finds you well. 

Is someone willing to share some thoughts of investing in Nashville TN, Atlanta GA, Dallas TX, Charlotte NC?
I'm planning to do BRRRR investing in one of these markets, after some of the research I did looks like all these markets are good for long term investing. How should I pick one of these markets? What should I set as a priority? Can anyone share pros and cons of these markets? Also will need to get in touch with agents, contractors and property managers.
