You should be able to find an agent's website that will allow you to search MLS in your area. Consumers can do it on my site for the Baton Rouge, LA area.

I haven't had any success with my listings, but I have had success renting out personal rental property on Craigslist. I am sure that it is only a matter of time b/f I get a good hit on one of my listings there.

My advice is to plan on it being tough at first, but be patient with it, pay your dues and in time it will be rewarding in numerous ways. Aside from the unlimited income opportunity as an agent, I love the flexibility of the job. Although you have to work odd hours to convenience clients, you also have flexibility in taking time for yourself when you likely would not be able to if you were working a typical 9-5.

I have just, in the past 4 or 5 months, gotten my site to where I am satisfied with it. I would like to know how many visits other agents are averaging per month, so that I can have a bench mark to see how I am doing. I am currently averaging around 1000/mo.

I have a development company that is looking for private equity in order to free up some cash that's tied up on current projects so that they can start some new ones. They will also entertain selling the current projects or partnering with an investor on them (current projects are all in various phases of development). Reply for further information.
