I too am just getting in. I have the same plan to wholesale a few properties and then get in to buy and hold properties if you find something that works let me know and I will do the same!

Right now I have zero deals , I am just trying to introduce myself and maybe find out what kind of properties and price ranges they like so I can try and find opportunities to fit their needs.

I am getting started un real estate, I plan to initially wholesale properties to build capital and I have a raw list of investors I hope to build a buters list from. I am now going to start making my calls to introduce myself and ask if I can include them on my list . Now my question is would you, as an investor rather be contacted initially by phone or email and also what info would you want from me? Any feedback is appreciated thank you

I am just getting started in the Real Estate world in Minnesota. I am currently working with a mentor and I hope to be Wholesaling properties very soon! I am looking at creating a quality buyers list . I also am here to listen and learn!
