Looking for information on lease option from the sellers side. Thinking about holding notes on fix and hold with lease options. Not exactly sure how to structure.

That's what I was thinking. I thought in NJ there can't be a real estate transaction unless tank is removed, if so then bank has to remove.

Looking at fix and flip with an existing underground oil tank. Property is being sold "as is" my question is how to handle the oil tank? Property is in NJ.

Can anyone recommend house flipping software?
