Are there any rules in NJ about raising rent duringcovid -19? I have a problem tenant from day one. Her lease is up and she was supposed to be out end of April. shes known for several months that she'd be leaving but now claims she can't because of virus. I had new tenant lined up for may 1st that was paying higher rent. Is it legal at this time to raise rent?

I have a problem tenant from the day she moved in that was supposed to be out by end of April. She claims due to covid-19 she can't move. I had new tenant ready to move in early may at an increased rent. My question is there anything in NJ that says I can't raise rent on tenant that won't leave? She is now month to month. If she were a decent tenant I wouldn't think of raising rent.

Can investors share some experiences (good, bad, or ugly) buying from Auction.com or Hubzu.com. Thinking about bidding on some distressed properties. I’ve heard a few horror stories. Any insight is much appreciated.

Anyone have experience converting apartments to condos? Looking for some insight as to possibly converting in Hoboken NJ. Any assistance would help. Also possible attorneys in the area that have successfully achieved the conversions.

Have not purchased from hubzu or auction. Every time I bid prices get bid way up, not worth what an investor can pay. Might work for owner occupied. Know your market and repair cost. 

I'm a contractor/investor in Nj Looking for off market properties in the central western part of the state also Leigh PA. I would love to get on your buyers list. No deal to big or to small. If it makes financial sense I would love to take a look. PM me with your deals.

Thinking of starting a property management and maintenance co. in NJ  checking to see if there is a need also if you use a management or maintenance co. How do the charge ?
