Hi @Jessica Marin..... I am an investor/rehabber and would be interested in any off market properties you might be aware of. I'm primarily looking in Bristol and surrounding towns but would go outside my area for the right property. I'm looking for 3 bed/1bath, 1,000 sq ft. .....you mention having some addresses already....are these just vacant properties you've identified or have you made contact with the owners.
