A disaster for sure ! it will create a mess for a number of years and then the market will re-establish itself. I am not sure, however if the same activity will happen ! 

@Forrest Shaw I would suggest looking at CCIM. It is a focused course on crushing numbers for agents, however as an investor you would also benefit from it.

It depends on what you are looking for such as big city or little town, Job, taxes and more...

I would live near a large city to have a little of bit as I do now...
