I would also be interested in both property management companies and contractors in the same area.  I have used realestatepros in the past, but with terrible results.

I'm not sure if I have the correct form for this post but if not, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction...

I am active investor in the Cleveland area.  I currently own 5 properties and I'm interested in finding portfolio loan options that will allow me to use some of this equity to reinvest.

Can anyone recommend a portfolio lenders that operates in Ohio?  Or even point me to a broker that does this kind of lending in Ohio?
