It depends on the property, me personally all deals in my market or out i do all the numbers myself to be sure it makes sense. It would be wise to get in touch with a local realtor in that area to get more information on what your getting into. You can also find a knowledgeable local partner that can be on the ground for you to estimate repairs and make sure things go smoothly. 

Can you tell me more about it how accurate is the information. Like the comps and all the property information. Do they include the owners information as well.  

I came across this post while researching propstream, it seems they have gone through some updates recently. Is anyone using this software that can post there experience with it thanks.  

Is anyone using the REI software propstream i have been doing research on it, it has been out for many years and i see many mixed reviews on the software. Is anyone using this product and if so can you provide your experience.

There website makes the software sound incredible. They claim it can search for foreclosure and pre foreclosure that are updated daily. It can also find and analyze any property in the us finding comps, and other property information to track down the owner. It has many other useful features if these work it would seem like an incredibly useful tool. 

Thanks for all the responses i spent sometime going through the site. This is without a doubt not the MLS it seems more like a scam to me. They offer a 7 day free trial then charge you 39 every month. They are probably getting thousands of people thinking this is the MLS paying them every month. They were lucky enough to get a good domain. I am canceling my membership so i will not be charged.

Thanks for the response Curt. Thats what i thought as well, its strange though when i do a google search for MLS or even when i search for multiple listing service this website comes up. Can i get a response from someone who uses the MLS. To know how they login if there is another web address.

Hello Everyone i am new to bigger pockets and real estate. I was curios about the MLS and gaining access to it, so i went onto http://www.mls.com/. They allowed me to register for a free trial without asking for any kind of license, i thought this was odd. Is this the MLS all the realtors use.
