Nationwide Wholesaling
Hello all -
I just want to get a general consensus from cash buyers on here about working with wholesalers outside of your general market. Obviously the wholesaler's reputation is important, but would you consider doing a deal in a market you know nothing about? Why or why not? Also, what information would you need from the wholesaler to consider doing the deal? Would you work with a wholesaler without a proven track record or reputation?
Appreciate your comments and feedback.
Thanks!

I pledge to my buyers that I have personally walked, researched each property. I would trust no one to do that. My reputation is everything.
