But if you want investment advice, buy apartment building in your area.

I sold the property, because it was out of state investment. I owner financed it, as the financing company managed the property as well. It was a terrible decision on my part. I learned a valuable lesson, that I won’t do again. But if you have negative cash flow, you have a few options. Bigger pockets has a great community to help as well.
