Mike,
Yeah I think the .5 garages are a northern thing due to the snow blowers and shovels we have.
I've heard of the typical stuff (copper piping and wiring, ductwork, etc)... I have never heard of stealing a garage door.
*shaking head*
There are a lot easier and more profitable ways to make money than taking one of those things out.

Hello all,
My name is Matthias Kittok and I am new to bigger pockets (obviously being that I'm posting here).
I am President and Owner of MK Investing (created a company profile as well). I am a newbie as far as real estate investing goes since my company has only been around only since 2011, however I have spent a lot of time learning from some of the top investors in the country.
Primarily I have been focusing on starting in the wholesaling market with moderate success and I'm planning on growing from that into fix and flip and buy/hold.
