@Kuba F. wow very very interesting. So what advice could you give someone just starting out. I really would like to transition into real estate full time in 2 years at the latest and quit my job then. My only issue is that I literally have no money saved to do this and terrible credit as well. Im trying to save and fix my credit as we speak but also trying to do real estate at the same time. What would you suggest?

@Angelica Osusky Hello Angelica thank you so much for writing me on this discussion. I really love meeting new people and networking with as many people as I can. Its the best way to learn in my opinion. Are you able to text at all so so we can connect and talk more about your first flip?

@Cody Holbrook wow thank you very much for the info. I think I'm going to go and see what it's like. And that's funny you were in a technical role because I am to currently. My goal was to make the switch in 2 years max and go full time in real estate, however it's not going so well. But then again it's only been a week since I really started lol. How long did it take you to transition?

Are there any investors in the Nashville area. I found a great deal on a house in Madison. They want 135k cash. There already someone that's willing to rent it out for 1400 a month and buy the house after the 1 year is up. It has a lot of equity with little work that needs to be done. I was trying to wholesale the deal. It sounds like a great deal but I'm not 100% certain. Would anyone have any insight?

Hi Everyone

My name is Miyako and I am very interested in learning more and everything I need to know about real estate. I'm specifically interested in learning about flipping etc.

I live in Nashville. With that said I've done some research on my own and found that Nashville is ranked number 13 on the list to, invest in housing for 2016. Very up and coming city and read that there are a lot of new businesses coming to Nashville. I just moved here a 2 months ago because I took a job in IT, but I really want to make that switch to real estate.

I recently found the bigger pockets podcasts last week and I can't get enough of all the great information. I literally listen to it all day at work, on the way home from work, and even while working out at the gym on my headphones. I figure I start a page on here to see what else I can learn. When I'm interested in something I literally obsess over it as you can tell lol. If anyone can offer any advice or where I should begin That would be very helpful as I am very eager to listen and learn.
