Hey @Christian Bateman. Funny you bring this up! It’s been a very interesting experience with this property but it was the start of my career in investing. After 4ish years, it’s currently listed on the market for $189,000 and I bought it for $103,000. I had an insurance settlement 2 winters ago that paid out about $30k for repairs which I put back into renovations. So 3ish years (lost a year for renovations and tenant issues) of cash flow plus almost 90% appreciation made this a great first deal. 

I'll be at the garage on 4/19 @ 7pm. Hopefully some others can make it as well! Looking forward to catching up with everyone.

I'm game pretty much any Wednesday, Friday, Sat or Sun evenings. If someone picks a date/time, I can probably work it into my schedule.

I'm planning on heading south for a couple weeks starting some time towards the end of this week. I'm thinking I'll be back in VT maybe on the 13th, but most likely the 14th. Any time before or after works for me
