At the end of the day just keep grinding, do your research, and go get it. Let your success do the talking. I personally have a "Real Job" and cannot wait until I can live off my Rental cashflows. Good luck!!!

So myself and 2 other people are considering starting a real estate business and pooling capital to puchase properties to hold and rent out for the long term. My question is, how are you guys structuring your entities? Is it best to use a stock system that way if one of the partners doesn't have the funds on a purchase the other 2 can proceed without having to worry about how to divide the equity in the future. Just looking for input. THANKS!!
