The lease I have with a tenant currently states "The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord $1275 as a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant...blah blah"

When the lease renews should I change that wording to something like "tenant currently has a security deposit in escrow. 
The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant...blah blah"?

On Monday June 15, 2020, at 6:00 PM, there will be a Cartersville Monthly Meetup.

Negative. I'm wondering if there is a lender willing to in-house pre-underwrite a certain loan amount for a SFR investment property. Google pre-underwritten mortgage.

Does anyone know of any mortgage companies offering conventional loans for SFR investment properties with in-house pre-underwriting contingent only on appraisal?

My apologies to everyone for missing the start time by 45 minutes!  I did finally get the meeting started and we had a nice meetup, so I appreciated everyone who held on and made it to the meetup.

We have had some hopeful news today from Governor Kemp and I hope our next meetup on May 7 can be in person.  Stay tuned for news on that, stay safe and I hope to see everyone soon.
