Thanks for the welcome! I love how those staying in Florida always make sure to remind us new englanders of their sunny warm weather :-D I was planning on moving in a few years as well, but I guess all these sunset and palm tree photos did their charm causing me to plan this move much sooner.

Thanks for the welcome :) I flew down to Orlando last month to check things out and its amazing to see all the new housing developments and roadwork, seems like a great area invest in. I'm looking around Orlando or just south of there for a duplex or single family with guest house or apartment needing TLC.
