Looking for: mentor, agent, investor, broker well versed in California commercial real estate. Preferably in the Bay Area: peninsula, south bay and east bay, and preferably with experience with the following criteria.

I am looking to invest in commercial real estate in the above mentioned areas with these criteria:

-Multifamily (4, 15-75 unit)

-OR Office building

-Looking to invest max $60k - $80k

-FHA/Conventional/other deal structures

-Looking to create long term wealth, build equity (NO FIX AND FLIP)

-Looking for numbers/deal structures that work: strong cash flow (numbers, and as little down as possible (deal structure)

Please feel free to PM me or post here!

Can anyone comment on San Jose commercial real estate properties? or know a broker who I can work with? I prefer the south bay or even Milpitas.

Hi Reza: I am looking for anything that works in terms of numbers and deal structure. What makes sense right now though, are Multifamily apartments since I am more familiar with residential living. But I am open to others as long as the numbers and the deal structure work. I do not want to flip though.

@Jerome: Are you managing it by yourself? or outsourcing to a property management company? Tracy is a bit far from where I live.

Hi! thanks for your response. This is my first commercial real estate investment ( i also own some residential investment properties) so it makes more sense if it's closer to me so I may manage it myself at first. So prob not going to look into Sac area.

Hi, I am a professional who has some cash at hand and is looking to invest in commercial real estate. Want to start a discussion specific to SF Bay area investing since I live here.

Looking for:

- Stable growth

- Good cap rate

- Do NOT want a heavy load of renovation done. I can deal with some work, but not a whole ton, so prob not strictly speaking C or D class properties

Thoughts?
