Hi everyone, I've been reading and writing so much my head is swimming, lol. I just wanted to say a quick thank you for all the advice, there is some great stuff on BP, and I really appreciate everyone being so open and honest and willing to help the newbies like myself. You wouldn't believe how many Realtors I spoke to who were so selfish with their information/knowledge, I've learned more on BP in one day than I have over the last few years. BP is going to be my second home for a long time, Thanks again guys, :)

Jon Holdman- Thank You. With this being my first time, I wanted to make sure I did everything correctly, from where to get the right contracts, down to how to locate the right Title company to handle the paperwork. I don't mind learning and researching or whatever else I need to do, like I said, just wanted to make sure I handled everything correctly and legally, thank you for the response, :)

@STEVE BABIAK- Hi Steve, I've done a lot of reading so far, I guess I just haven't gotten to my answer yet, but I'll continue reading and taking notes. Thanks for your response.

Hi Jean, no need to apologize, I'm a bit long winded myself, lol. Your answer helped me more than you know, I'm a single mom so giving up is not an option, I plan to live on this blog for quite some time, I've already gone through several tablets just taking notes. I have a lofty goal, I intend to do my first wholesale deal before the holidays roll around. Thanks again for the advice, you will see a lot more questions from me.

Hello, my name is Dietra and I'm new. I am located in Houston Texas and I have been trying to learn as much about wholesaling as possible, I've asked countless questions and read some books and I've joined several websites( including this one) that are focused on Investing. I want to do this right, but everytime I ask a question, noone seems to want to answer it, can someone give me advice on where to get started with wholesaling. I posted this question in another forum, but noone has answered it, any advice would be appreciated, the lack of info and support is making me want to give up.

Hi, I've been interested in wholesaling for about a decade now, but I have no idea how to get started. Can someone tell me where I would go to get the necessary contracts so when I find a motivated seller, I'll have the forms to put the house under contract. I've visited different websites and called countless Realtors and some Title companies here in Houston, but noone seems to want to answer my questions. Any help/information that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Dietra.
