Does anyone have advice for how to find property packages? I'm looking specifically in the Greater Houston Area and Dallas-ForthWorth Metroplex. Any Suggestions, referalls, advice, insight, etc. would be greatly appreciated BP! 

Excellent Advice. l need to work on making these processes more efficient in order to increase the overall productivity.  

I've just started a direct mailing campaign and sent out my first batch last week. I've been trying to network with wholesalers, cold call, reverse search, etc. I'm doing around 1-2 per month. 

Can anyone give me some good advice on how to find more off market and flip deals? I'm trying to buy 5-6 houses this month and I need to get the ball rolling quickly. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction towards some wholesalers working in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex? I am looking to buy 5-6 houses this month and I would like to build an ongoing relationship with individuals who can source these deals. I welcome all suggestions, recommendations, advice, etc.

@Justin Morgan So just to make sure I understand correctly, you wholesale properties but the ones you're not able to you list them and you also rehab properties and flip them? Does it ever get to be too much while doing all of these different things? Do you have a team that you work with or are you a 1 man show?

I've found the articles and forums to be very beneficial on BP thus far. There is a vast amount of information and education to be utilized on this website!
