Hey Eric,

Since you are investing OOS, my recommendation is for you to start connecting with a local agent. Then, they will help you find and connect with the team that you will be needing along the way. I usually connect my investors with my contractors here in Ohio. Let me know how can I help!

Hello Kudzani, great to know that you are interested in OOS investing. I recommend you read this article on OOS investing. It explains the importance of creating your core four. You will need to get a local, rockstar Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager.

Hey Shahnawaz, I prefer to start in the midwest, because the entry point is much lower and cash flows the best. As long as you develop your Core 4 like David Green’s mentioned in his long-distance investing strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender), you should be able to invest anywhere with confidence. I buy in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus has experienced so much growth for the past few years, partly due to the influx of tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google building warehouses and data centers in the area, which has contributed to an increase in property prices and more people moving into the city for job opportunities. I also invest in Cleveland and Dayton. Let me know how I can help!

Newark, Ohio, is a pretty promising spot for real estate investment. It's close to Columbus, which means you've got folks who work there but want more affordable homes, making it a solid market for rental properties. Plus, with businesses growing in and around Newark, there's a steady job market, so you're likely to find tenants. For instance, when new industrial parks or company offices open up, it means more people looking for places to live, potentially increasing your rental income. And the best part? Property prices in Newark tend to be friendlier on your wallet compared to Columbus, which could lead to better returns on your investment. So, in my book, it's definitely worth exploring!

Hey Christina. Columbus, Ohio, is a market I'd recommend keeping a close eye on for fix and flip projects. Columbus has been experiencing substantial growth in recent years, driven by a strong job market and a growing population. Tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google have invested heavily in the area, driving up property values and creating opportunities for real estate investors. Additionally, Columbus offers a diverse range of neighborhoods, allowing for various investment strategies. So, if you're considering fix and flip projects, Columbus could be a promising market to explore in the coming year. Happy investing!

Hello Vinay, it's great that you're looking into real estate investing in the Midwest. I've found Ohio to be a solid choice, especially in cities like Columbus. The reason I'm a fan of Columbus is because it's been experiencing impressive growth, thanks in part to tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up shop there. This has boosted property prices and attracted more people to the city for job opportunities, which is fantastic for rental property investors. Personally, I also have investments in Cleveland and Dayton, so those are worth considering too.

Hi Lalit, it's awesome that you're interested in investing in Columbus, Ohio! Columbus has been growing a lot lately,  big tech companies like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google are coming in. They've spent a ton of money here, which has made property prices go up, and more people are moving here for jobs. If you have any questions or need advice about investing in this area, let me know how can I help.

Hey Ez! Glad to hear you're interested in investing in the Midwest, specifically Cleveland. With lower entry points and high cash flow, it's a wise choice. I recommend you to develop your Core 4 like David Green’s mentioned in his long-distance investing strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender), you should be able to invest anywhere with confidence. I invest in Columbus, Cleveland, and Dayton, so let me know if you need some insights about these markets.
