I am out of state investor visiting Columbus, OH today and tomorrow (Dec 17-18). I will be driving by a few neighborhoods to get some idea and will love to connect with other investors. Let me know if you are available tomorrow and we can catch up over coffee or beer. I would very much like to understand what works in current market. I usually do Buy and Hold for SFRs and small duplexes

I'd be glad to meet up for some coffee. There is an abundance of investment opportunities here in Columbus. Last week we put numerous SFRs in contract that significantly beat the 1% rule. I have not seen opportunities like this since COVID.

I am always down to talk about real estate investing in Columbus, Ohio. I started off with a duplex in 2017 and now have a solid portfolio of rentals. I invest in single families all the way to apartments and office buildings

Hey Lalit, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio. There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc). I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.
