This is an old thread but I have also been interested in purchasing a TK from this company and would like to see if anyone has had experience with them (good or bad)?

I have a potential lead for a home located a block from Bossen field in South Minneapolis. Anyone from Minneapolis have experience in that area? Would love to ask a few questions and see if we could work together.

Hey Everyone,

Through my constant research on how I can find the best deals throughout the Twin Cities I stumbled upon the Vacant Buildings Registry. It’s about 550 homes scattered throughout the Twin Cities. I am wondering if anyone has used such a list in their city. I was going to print it off and drive by these homes to see what kind of condition they were in. I was also going to cross reference these addresses through tax records to see who owns them. I am all for doing the legwork and finding these deals on my own, just figured it would try and utilize this list as a starting point. Any thoughts, tips or personal experience would help!

Thanks

I have a very specific checklist in my head (and paper) when it comes to starting out as a Wholesaler in the Twin Cities. I have read every book I could and listened to every podcast for tips and tricks. With that being said I took a HUGE step today and signed up for MnREIA! I am so excited to meet with fellow investors and soak up as much knowledge as I can! Also excited to network and build my business throughout the twin cities! I know a lot of people say you need to just jump in and send out those letters and learn as I go but I want to be ready when the calls come in! I want to build my business on professionalism, integrity and being highly knowledgeable in my area of choice. Super excited to start! Hope to see my fellow Minneapolis folks at the first meeting (October)!
