Hey Everyone! This is my second introduction but I figured I should state my intentions! I am a new wholesaler in the Twin Cities and I am looking for people to network and connect with! I have read numerous books and I feel ready to jump in! I will be attending the Minneapolis REIA on wholesaling in October to refine my skills. Within the next two weeks I will mailing out postcards and handing out business cards! I have already been driving around different neighborhoods on the weekends to determine what area I want to specialize in. I used to hold my RE License but put it on hold to pursue a promotion at my "day job". I recently teamed up with a good friend and we are looking to fix and flip homes in the twin cities. I have read many articles and listened to many podcasts regarding flipping/wholesaling and would love to get a pulse on how Minneapolis is doing compared to other areas in the country. I am not in to "get rich quick" rather I would love to learn as much as I can to eventually make this a full-time gig! Looking forward to connecting with fellow BP'ers!
