@Luc Boiron That is a great idea. I find searching for paralegal in Ontario is much easier than searching specifically for small claim lawyer, thanks for your help!

Matt, sorry that I replied late.

The property management companies you named here, I also came cross them when I researched property management companies in Kingston online. I think they are relatively bigger companies, currently we're using a smaller company who is in their growing phase. Both bad and good experience, haha.

We're currently investing in north east side of Princess Street, my husband grew up in Kingston, I am not, sorry if I gave unclear directions. The rent income is good, our vacancies is about 7% this year so far, as our property management does a good job of keep properties rented. However, we do have many maintenance and repair cost this year, as our property management always does repair for us without asking for approval, and then we got surprise and pain at the end of each month when they ask us to reimburse the repair cost, and this is a major reason that drives us to switch to different companies. We're working on reducing the maintenance and repair cost right now, and setting up proper process regarding governing of maintenance and repair work, once that is improved, I believe we can get even better cash flow.

Hope this answer your question! Thanks!

Thanks, Matt! I sent a colleague request to both you and Tyler, but I didn't hear reply. Could you accept my invitation? Do you have contact information of Tyler, is there any other thing that I can reach Tyler besides waiting? Thanks!

Thanks, James! I sent you a colleague request, could you accept it? And it's OK for you to connect your friend with me if she/he is fine to share experience working with Nomad Homes so far. Thanks!
