@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for your advice! I’m definitely going to need to sit down with a broker. I never make hasty decisions when it comes to investments. Maybe partnering with someone isn’t the way to go. I’ve been doing this on my own for a few years. Flipping/Renovating is just a lot of headache. I don’t have to invest my money in real estate but the return is a plus...
