Hi Chris, so far I'm loving MyReiPro, however I do have a few questions about the cash buyers and absentee owners I would like to get cleared up, you think you can answer them?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any actually good software for finding deals and analyzing them. I can do them by hand which is not a problem if I absolutely have to but why not expedite the process. I am a new investor and I'm waiting for some funds to come in so I can start properly however I am doing whatever I can with the little funds I currently have. So in short I'm planning ahead. I would appreciate any advise. Thank you. :)

Hello everyone,

My name is Minas Dovlatian. I'm just starting out and I'm having trouble finding an escrow agent in Los Angeles, CA that does concurrent closings (double closing) with no transparency. Is there any advice or some creditable source I can contact?
