We have a new Agent Carrot website for the realty side of our business.  I've got it up and running, but I'm not design-savvy and need someone to help make changes to make it more attractive, as well as increase the SEO optimization.  We would like to soon also start an Investor Carrot site for our wholesaling as well.  Preferably looking for someone who is familiar with the Carrot websites.  Please email [email protected] with rate, background, and samples of work.

Has anyone tried or used or have any info on CallText.com?  I  know that the owner is very involved in BP and with the other companies he has which all seem great, and his CRM seems great, but I find very little information on it besides what he published.  The only review we found was not flattering.  It seems like such a good fit, an all in one option, but I'm hesitant to sign up with it because of too little information on it out there.  Anyone familiar with it?  Looking for a good all in one solution for crm, lists, ringless voicemail and text blasts, etc.

Okay I love BiggerPockets, but does anyone else have trouble with the app?  When I  type  a message , it will delete  my letters as I'm typing, it's the weirdest thing . I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it keeps doing it.  It's very frustrating as I can't message people through the app easily.  Anyone experienced this  or know how to fix it?  I know I saw one other person mentioned it happened to them too but I never saw how they fixed it .
